1. Donation Nature

SVNM Trust is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting eye care, blindness prevention, treatment initiatives, and community welfare programs. Donations made to SVNM Trust are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable objectives.

2. Refund Eligibility

Donations are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donation due to technical error.
• Incorrect donation amount entered unintentionally.
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date.

4. Refund Request Process

• Transaction ID
• Donation Amount
• Date of Donation
• Reason for Refund Request

5. Refund Approval

SVNM Trust reserves the right to:

• Review all refund requests.
• Request supporting documentation.
• Approve or decline refund requests based on investigation findings.

Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to reflect in the donor’s account depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.

6. Tax Benefits

If a tax exemption receipt has already been issued and utilized by the donor, the refund request may not be eligible for approval.
